The Community Arts and Recreation Alliance hired their first Executive Director, Jim Mantell. Jim most recently was co-owner of NetReflector, Inc., a Seattle based market research company focused on customer experience. Prior to NetReflector, Jim was Managing Director of Global Market Insite, a data insights company and before that he was Vice President of Sales for Absolute Software, a Vancouver British Columbia based network security company. Jim graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics. Jim has been an avid bicyclist for over 50 years; he is an active road, commuter and mountain biker. Jim has also served as the President of the Cyclists of Greater Seattle, a local cycling club. Jim and his wife Chris have enjoyed bike touring throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Jim and Chris have three sons and a daughter in law who all love riding. They also have a dog, Nixie Nox, who predictably prefers balls over anything with two wheels. Jim is delighted to give back to the cycling community, which has been a large part of his life.
